Herman L. Lewis, 73, of Prosperity passed away Sunday, February 13, 2011...born

September 11, 1937.

Herman was the owner and operator of Herman Lewis Racing. He was inducted into the

 Drag Racing Hall of Fame in 2008 and held 19 world records.  Innovator/Builder of AMC

 racing parts, aluminum blocks, heads and intake manifolds.  He will surely be missed.....
